3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (DISCLAIMER)
All services are visual, illustrative, and conceptual.
-
Renders are artistic interpretations, not exact representations of a finished built space.
-
Furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, proportions, and spatial perception may differ from reality.
-
Visuals are created based solely on information supplied by the Client.
RENDEX does not provide construction documentation, technical drawings, installation guidance, or material sourcing.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
-
Provide accurate and complete information (plans, dimensions, photos, references).
-
Confirm legal rights to all provided materials.
-
Review previews and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
RENDEX is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by missing, incorrect, or outdated Client input.
5. REVISIONS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-
Each project includes up to 1 revision round by default, unless the client selected a bundle that included more or explicitly paid for extra revision rounds.
-
Each revision covers up til 10, 20 or 30 reasonable visual adjustments only, depending on selected plan.
-
This is what we consider "a change":
-
changing the color or material of a piece of furniture, decoration item, fixture, lamp, floor(s), wall(s), door(s), window(s);
-
changing one piece of furniture for a similar one;
-
adding/removing/changing/moving a piece of furniture or decoration item.
-
-
Structural changes or scope changes are out of scope and may incur additional fees.
6. PAYMENT STRUCTURE & DELIVERY WORKFLOW
6.1 Payment Structure
-
50% advance payment is required before any work begins.
-
No work will start until the advance payment is received.
-
After payment, RENDEX will deliver low-resolution, watermarked preview renders.
-
The Client will confirm revisions, add-ons, and final deliverables.
-
The remaining 50% payment will then be requested.
-
Final high-resolution deliverables are released only after full payment.
6.2 Payment Method
Payments are made exclusively via bank transfer to RENDEX’s company bank account stated on the invoice.
6.3 Binding Nature of Payments
Any payment constitutes acceptance of:
-
These Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
-
The scope, pricing, and terms stated in the invoice.
Together, these form a legally binding agreement.
7. PRICING & DELIVERY SCOPE DISCLAIMER
All prices displayed by RENDEX exclude applicable taxes, duties, and fees and are indicative only, provided for guidance purposes. Final pricing, scope, timeline, and preferred currency are confirmed exclusively through RENDEX’s internal quoting system, based on property size, selected services, production complexity, and any add-ons requested. The minimum project fee is USD 1,200. When the “$” symbol is used, it refers to United States Dollars (USD).
Bundle and room-based pricing assumes standard residential room sizes and layouts. Oversized, double-height, multi-zone, or unusually large spaces may be treated as multiple rooms or quoted separately at RENDEX’s discretion. Listings exceeding approximately 3,000 square feet require a custom quote and a dedicated time-and-scope assessment, regardless of any indicative pricing shown elsewhere.
References to “delivery in X business days” apply solely to the delivery of the first draft set of renders, which may be low-resolution and watermarked. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Final delivery timelines depend on: client feedback timing, scope changes, revision rounds, project's complexity, payment delays, force majeure events.
Priority delivery does not necessarily shorten production time and only ensures that a project is scheduled to begin earlier in the event of a waiting list.
Distribution layout optimization refers exclusively to layout redistribution involving zero or minimal structural changes. RENDEX does not modify or advise on load-bearing walls, structural elements, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, or any regulated architectural or engineering components.
A “cinematic transitional video” refers to a video generated from a static image using soft camera motion only. It does not include animated people, animals, vehicles, or moving objects, which are considered Live Renders and are quoted separately. Single-room or full-property 360° staged virtual tours, as well as top-view and isometric 3D static views, may be requested as part of a project or as add-ons.
RENDEX’s primary focus is interior spaces. Exterior areas such as balconies, terraces, decks, gardens, pools, or similar outdoor areas may be included upon request and subject to separate scope confirmation.
8. NO-REFUND POLICY
RENDEX operates a strict no-refund policy.
-
Payments cover work performed and time reserved.
-
All payments made are non-refundable, unless no work has been done and/or delivered during the 10 following business days after the payment was made. If the reason for not delivering the work was cataloged as force majeure, this previous rule won't apply.
If the Client chooses to discontinue after the included revisions:
-
The contract may be terminated immediately.
-
RENDEX retains all payments made.
If termination occurs mid-process and only preview renders were delivered:
-
RENDEX stops work immediately.
-
Any remaining unpaid amount will not be charged.
9. EXCLUSIVITY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Solasen OÜ until full payment is received.
9.1 Standard License
By default, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for marketing use only. Meaning that, without a written and paid copyright buyout, the Client may not resell, transfer, sublicense, modify, reuse, or commercially exploit the deliverables beyond the marketing of the specific property for which they were produced. Any use outside this scope requires prior written authorization from RENDEX.
9.2 Copyright Buyout
A full copyright buyout may be purchased if explicitly agreed and paid for in writing. This means:
-
Full commercial rights transfer to the Client.
-
RENDEX will not create or license new visual content for the same property to third parties during the active marketing period of the property - the active marketing period is understood as the time during which the property is actively listed by the Client or their appointed representative -. In case there was a similar property (same layout, same building, different floor, different unit) that will count as a totally different property, and so RENDEX will be able to work on that project.
-
RENDEX will not publicly display the project.
-
RENDEX retains an internal archival copy.
10. PORTFOLIO USE
Unless a copyright buyout is purchased, RENDEX may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials. This may include, but it's not limited to:
-
Property description (type of building, city, size, number of rooms, status, price, days in the market, etc).
-
Work done for that project (list and visuals) and reason why.
-
HD renders, virtual tour, isometric and top views, before & after visuals, distribution plans, cinematic videos.
-
Agent's first and last name (or initials), agency name, logo (if any), and city.
-
Reviews, testimonials or feedback.
-
Public selling information (final selling price and days in the market).
11. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & PLATFORMS
Deliverables may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. 3D rendering tool, 360 virtual toor visualizer tool, AI tools for complex animated videos, video editor tools, etc).
RENDEX is not responsible for:
-
Software limitations or glitches (e.g.: outdoors landscape visual not being exact as reality).
-
Platform downtime or pricing changes.
-
Hosting, playback, or compatibility issues.
-
Appearance of platform's logo or water-mark.
Cinematic animations are subject to third-party realism limitations.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
RENDEX does not guarantee property sales, faster selling, rental success, value increase, or buyer interest. The Client acknowledges that real-estate outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond RENDEX’s control. RENDEX assumes no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use or non-use of the deliverables.
13. COMMUNICATION & WRITTEN CONFIRMATION
Communication may occur via email, messaging, phone, or video calls. Any contractual, financial, or scope-related discussion will be confirmed via written email summary before work proceeds.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
RENDEX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
-
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes fall under Estonian courts.
By commissioning RENDEX services, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
